One of the easiest budgies toys to make is the Chewable-O. It consists simply of leather string, plastic beads, wood spools, and a hook or key ring. Step 1: Cut one piece of leather string approximately 12" in length and several other shorter pieces of leather string 3-4" in length. Step 2: Tie a hook or key ring at one end of the long leather piece with 2-3 knots. Step 3: Then thread the plastic beads and wood spools on in a pattern of your choice, interspersed with the occasional single-knotted shorter pieces of leather string. Just leave enough room at the end of the leather string to connect it to the hook or key ring with 2-3 more knots. See Also: |
